Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded print and display production specialist based in Takeley, Essex.

Our client delivers premium-quality print, signage, and display solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients across retail, automotive, leisure, and finance. Renowned for their precision, creativity, and customer service, they use the latest technology to produce everything from large format graphics to bespoke display systems.

Due to continued growth within their production department, they are now looking to recruit a Print Finisher / Large Format Production Operative to join their skilled and dynamic team.

The Role:

This is a hands-on production role, focused on the final stages of print and signage manufacture. You’ll play a key part in ensuring every project leaves the facility finished to the highest possible standard.

Working with cutting-edge equipment, including Kongsberg digital cutting tables, you’ll be involved in a wide range of projects such as signage, vinyl graphics, and display solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hand finishing including trimming, mounting, assembling, and packaging

  • Preparing completed jobs for dispatch with excellent presentation and protection

  • Producing signage such as post-mounted signs, fascia panels, built-up letters, and internal graphics

  • Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times

  • Working closely with print, production, and dispatch teams to meet deadlines

  • Supporting structured shift patterns when required

  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

About You:

  • Experience in hand finishing and signage production

  • Background in large format print or the signage industry (preferred)

  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

  • Well organised and able to work under pressure

  • A flexible team player willing to take on varied production tasks
