Role Description:
Our client is currently recruiting an organised and detail-driven Bid Coordinator to support a growing Facilities Management business. Working closely with the Bid Manager and wider operational teams, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and producing high-quality bid submissions for public and private sector clients.
This is a remote role, offering flexibility, with occasional travel into London for meetings, collaboration sessions, or key bid activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end bid activity, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
Support the preparation, formatting, and submission of PQQs, ITTs, and tenders
Liaise with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, HR, SHEQ) to gather required information
Maintain and update bid libraries, case studies, CVs, and standard responses
Ensure all bid documentation is compliant, accurate, and professionally presented
Track bid pipelines and maintain records of submissions and outcomes
Assist with post-bid reviews and continuous improvement of bid processes
About You:
Previous experience in a bid coordination or bid support role (Facilities Management experience desirable but not essential)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written communication and document formatting skills
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with teams virtually
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to travel occasionally to London when required
