Role Description:

Our client is currently recruiting an organised and detail-driven Bid Coordinator to support a growing Facilities Management business. Working closely with the Bid Manager and wider operational teams, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and producing high-quality bid submissions for public and private sector clients.

This is a remote role, offering flexibility, with occasional travel into London for meetings, collaboration sessions, or key bid activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end bid activity, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met

  • Support the preparation, formatting, and submission of PQQs, ITTs, and tenders

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, HR, SHEQ) to gather required information

  • Maintain and update bid libraries, case studies, CVs, and standard responses

  • Ensure all bid documentation is compliant, accurate, and professionally presented

  • Track bid pipelines and maintain records of submissions and outcomes

  • Assist with post-bid reviews and continuous improvement of bid processes

About You:

  • Previous experience in a bid coordination or bid support role (Facilities Management experience desirable but not essential)

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written communication and document formatting skills

  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with teams virtually

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Able to travel occasionally to London when required
