Bridge Recruitment is a business that is committed to raising the profile of the FM industry. We are all experiencing the fight for talent and by creating awareness, we can secure the progression of FM and its future leaders.

Our Managing Director, Michelle Brightly has accepted the role of Enterprise Advisor which is a position that helps to shape the future careers for those in education, helping to bridge the gap between the world of work and education by working with the Careers Leader and wider senior leaders of the school or college.

Michelle has formed a strong working relationship with Highams Park Academy Trust and her strategic role will see her support this school but also see her network and influence other EA’s across 180 schools in the East London area. By working as an Enterprise Adviser, she can help support pathways into the industry and shape young people's futures.

Michelle has worked with Highams Park School in the past, conducting mock interviews with students and educating them on the Facilities Management industry. Our most recent liaison with the school was to participate in their Careers Week, to provide them with support and guidance for their Work Experience Week at the end of the school year. On the back of this experience, we have secured work placements for students in the FM industry.

This is a fantastic achievement, and one that we know Michelle will fully commit to. We look forward to supporting Michelle as she helps to bridge the gap between the world of work and education.
