Role Description:
Join a Market-Leading Retrofit & Decarbonisation Contractor.
The Opportunity:
Our Client is a fast-growing specialist contractor who is delivering trail-blazing decarbonisation and fire-remediation programmes nationwide. To support growth, they now seek an accomplished Operations / Contracts Director to take full P&L and delivery ownership of a £20 million+ portfolio of external-fabric and energy-efficiency projects across all Midland based sites.
Lead end-to-end delivery of PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 compliant retrofit and building-fabric schemes
Direct a multi-disciplinary team of Contract & Site Managers, QSs, Designers and Supply-Chain partners
Embed robust HSEQ, compliance and resident-care processes on every scheme
Drive programme, cost and quality performance; report to Board on KPIs and risk
Strengthen client relationships with strong leadership and negotiations
Identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic growth planning
Implement process and procedure across the business
Key Attributes:
Proven track record as Operations, Contracts or Framework Director on £10m+ refurbishment / retrofit frameworks
Deep knowledge of PAS 2030 / 2035, SHDF, ECO, WHQS and relevant building-safety legislation
Demonstrable success managing concurrent multi-site programmes with strict compliance regimes
Inspirational leadership style with the ability to coach high-performing teams
Commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills and crisp, data-led reporting
Pipeline secured: £20m+ booked
