We all know it has been a tough year and a half but we have seen a huge increase of opportunities become available within the Facilities Management market.
We are finally starting to see an increase in the demand for FM roles. According to the latest RICS UK Facilities Management Market Survey, the demand for Facilities Management services continues to rise across the majority of sectors, with healthcare being the top and more than 77 percent of survey respondents mentioning an increase.
As more and more employees are returning to the office, the need for FM services within the business sector also rose. But around a third of respondents expect less than 60 percent of workers to return to the office, up from around a quarter in an earlier survey.
Kath Fontana, RICS President, said: “Strong demand continues to fuel growth in the facilities management sector, with workplace management expected to drive this in the months ahead.”
