Today, Recruitment Consultants, Craig Douglas and Louise Hall, spent the morning volunteering at Higham’s Park School, assisting students with their interview techniques and offering guidance about the career opportunities available in the Facilities Management Industry.

The decision to attend today’s event was to continue giving back to our local community as part of our ‘Working with schools’ Initiative which was kick-started last February.

The Initiative focusses on giving back to our local community, helping to raise the awareness surrounding FM industry and the opportunities available once they have left school.

Today's event was a fantastic insight into how the younger generation perceives the Facilities Management Industry. It's alarming to think, how many school kids aren't aware of the Industry and the opportunities available to them.  We hope by pushing the 'Working with schools' Initiative we are able to continue raising awareness, helping bring more young people into the Industry. Craig & Louise
