Role Description: 

Bridge Recruitment have been appointed to source a Training Manager from the Facilities Management Industry, preferably from the contract cleaning sector. 

Ideally, you will have knowledge of working in a cleaning establishment and be responsible to ensure all cleaning contracts are compliant with delivering and performing the SLA's and KPI's in line with the contract specification. 

Your role will require you to:

  • Support the Managers and Supervisors in compiling training plans, delivering inductions and all mandatory skills training
  • Providing accurate information and making sure auditable records are maintained in line with the contract requirements
  • You will produce a comprehensive monthly report for the Management Teams which will include statistical and financial detailed information for various elements of the contract
  • Ensure compliance including Health and Safety, HR policies and current employment law
  • Training in compliance where appropriate 
  • Liaising with colleagues to carry out periodic audits, KPI monitoring and improving current KPI results
  • Maintaining all office environments in an orderly fashion
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems and records
  • Resolving problems for any HR, compliance or training related matters
  • Maintaining and keeping relevant back up files for all aspects of the business, including HR files, DBS checks etc
  • Carrying out toolbox talks and ad-hoc training regarding audit, Health and Safety and KPI's
  • Continually working with the management team in the implementation and improvement of training, administration and audit systems in the contract
