We are working with a very successful and national Facilities Management company who are currently looking for an experienced and energetic telesales individual to work in their cleaning division. Office is in Hertfordshire but you can work from home if you wish.

Role Description:

  • Develop and maintain a CRM data base
  • Network with outbound marketing and updated the CRM as needed
  • Generate appointments for the sales team
  • Achieve minimum client meeting targets
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly targets
  • Calling potential Clients to understand their business requirements to develop business relationships
  • Reporting calls and completing lead sheets in a timely manner
  • Working and performing alongside the businesses core values
  • Build close working relationships with internal Colleagues to maximise all potential new business opportunities
  • Develop an understanding of the industry and market

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous B2B telesales experience
  • Proven track record
  • Professional phone manner
  • A strong sales drive
  • Self-motivated and outgoing
  • Able to work both as an individual and part of a team
  • A good communicator
  • Outgoing, lively personality and a team player
  • Good time management & organisational skills.
