Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment are networking for a Specialist Cleaning Supervisor to join the Team of one of our clients, a cleaning and support services company providing tailor made solutions to every one of their customers. Our client prides itself on quality, service and value and these principles are reflected in the service they provide. The business has seen rapid growth in the last six years especially, and are now looking to introduce a Specialist Cleaning Supervisor to their Team. As Specialist Cleaning Supervisor, you will handle cleaning tasks requiring specific knowledge and expertise while maintaining excellent standards for clients. The ideal Specialist Cleaning Supervisor will have proven experience in professional cleaning and will be passionate about the industry, priding yourself on providing an excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling unique cleaning tasks that require specialist knowledge and expertise, including industrial equipment deep cleans, builders cleans, window, floor and carpet cleans

  • Be at the forefront of maintaining excellent cleanliness standards in a multitude of environments

  • Deliver the highest standard in cleaning for clients, meeting and exceeding their expectations

  • Train staff and lead by example

  • Deal with cleaning contracts, being the point of contact

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence

  • Previous experience in professional cleaning

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, Health and Safety

  • Ability to use different cleaning machines and methods

  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken

  • Flexibility with times and ability to work on the weekends when needed

  • Good social skills and the ability to communicate with clients

  • Computer literate
