We are working with a new window cleaning company who in only several years have established themselves as a national company- securing many large and prestigious contracts in central London too.  They invest heavily in training their staff and have set a minimum standard for all window cleaners which they feel sets them apart from their competitors.

They are looking for an experienced Window cleaning manager to take responsibility of the vertical services at a major sky scraper in central London. Ideal applicants must have experience working in a similar environment.

Role Description:

• Reviewing all window cleaning methods and delivery
• Manage window cleaning sub-contractors and other service lines on site
• Checking and submitting all risk assessments, methods of works and permits for approval with the clients
• Managing sub-contractors specific client training
• Managing all reactive works
• Auditing all works after completion
• Scheduling all works within service channel and E-Log books
• Monthly KPI , SLA meetings with the supply chain
• Dealing with any service complaints
• Selection of supply chain if any service gaps
• Managing supply chain cost through service channel

Desired experience:

• Rope access/ IRATA: 3 years
• Window cleaning service: 3 years
• IOSH
