Role Description:
Our client is one of the leading brands within the contract cleaning and soft service services industry. They are looking to appoint an Account Manager (Contract Cleaning) for a high profile client based in the City of London. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate and have the ability to implement innovative soft service solutions, develop a strong client relationship and be an ambassador for the brand of the company. You would be required to lead a team to deliver a first-class service across the Account, taking ownership of the workplace and the daily operation. Role Requirements:
- Creating, managing and analysing performance data and other management information with regular report submission to the Senior Team, demonstrating budgetary control
- Responsible for all internal and external communication relating to the account
- Review best practice and present new ideas to keep ahead of the cleaning industry
- Attend meetings and arrange training as required in order to accommodate the operational structure beneath you
- Preparing management information, including but not restricted to Budget / KPI’s / SLA’s
- Attend weekly and monthly operations meetings as required and present the collated information
- Ensuring all onsite services comply with current Health and Safety legislation inclusive of Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work
