Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for a Sales Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, one of the UK's leading independent FM specialists delivering services to multiple clients including cleaning, security and hard services. As Sales Manager you will be responsible for taking the lead on major bids for bundled and TFM opportunities. The ideal Sales Manager will ideally be from a Facilities Management background, possessing exceptional operational and commercial skills with the desire to succeed.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Responsible for the strategic development of key accounts and creating new business opportunities in a variety of sectors all utilising facilities management services including cleaning, security, maintenance, and guest services

  • The right candidate will have the full sales tool kit and be able to competently network with senior decision-makers and develop a pipeline within strategic targeted industries

  • Lead tender opportunities, through to negotiation and winning close

  • Specialist market knowledge combined with confidence derived from experience

  • Develop winning service solutions, articulated through tender returns and client presentations

  • Have a key focus on building and maintaining partner relationships and providing added value

  • Support other key departments such as Operations and Finance ensuring that the operational performance of the business supports the wider business plan for the company

  • The role is field based across the Northwest of England, flexible working to suit the needs of the business
