We are working with a very successful and national Facilities Management company who are currently looking for an experienced and energetic telesales individual to work in their cleaning division. 

Role Description:

  • Develop and maintain a CRM database
  • Network with outbound marketing and updated the CRM as needed
  • Generate appointments for the sales team
  • Achieve minimum client meeting targets
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly targets
  • Calling potential Clients to understand their business requirements to develop business relationships
  • Reporting calls and completing lead sheets in a timely manner
  • Working and performing alongside the businesses core values
  • Build close working relationships with internal Colleagues to maximise all potential new business opportunities
  • Develop an understanding of the industry and market

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous B2B telesales experience
  • Proven track record
  • Professional phone manner
  • A strong sales drive
  • Self-motivated and outgoing
  • Able to work both as an individual and part of a team
  • A good communicator
  • Outgoing, lively personality and a team player
  • Good time management & organisational skills.
