We are working with a very successful and national Facilities Management company who are currently looking for an experienced and energetic telesales individual to work in their cleaning division.
Role Description:
- Develop and maintain a CRM database
- Network with outbound marketing and updated the CRM as needed
- Generate appointments for the sales team
- Achieve minimum client meeting targets
- Meeting and exceeding monthly targets
- Calling potential Clients to understand their business requirements to develop business relationships
- Reporting calls and completing lead sheets in a timely manner
- Working and performing alongside the businesses core values
- Build close working relationships with internal Colleagues to maximise all potential new business opportunities
- Develop an understanding of the industry and market
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Previous B2B telesales experience
- Proven track record
- Professional phone manner
- A strong sales drive
- Self-motivated and outgoing
- Able to work both as an individual and part of a team
- A good communicator
- Outgoing, lively personality and a team player
- Good time management & organisational skills.
