Role Description:

New Business Sales Account Manager – London £30k plus commission. Privately owned cleaning and hygiene business based in London is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their team within the South London area. The New Business Sales Account Manager will be responsible for selling the complete suite of products and services to both current customers and new prospects across a variety of sectors. This role focusses on outbound activity but will also include qualifying and developing all inbound enquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify cross-sell & upsell opportunities within your customer portfolio
  • Proactively target prospects & manage inbound leads developing new business opportunities
  • Work with line manager and wider team to create and execute your sales plan
  • Attend off site meetings with clients/ prospects to develop relationships & win new business
  • Collaborate with the product teams to establish and deliver excellent client alignment
  • Ensure strong revenue retention and maximum lead generation within existing clients
  • Create and maintain sales account planning as required
  • Manage & maintain your sales pipeline in conjunction with sales plan
