Our client a leading Contract Cleaning Service provider who has recently experienced huge growth in the Midlands region. They are now in the position to appoint an experienced Regional Manager and the responsibilities will be

Duties:

  • To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with client representatives
  • Ensure all operatives are properly inducted and trained
  • Teams are lead, motivated, developed and appraised in order to achieve customer satisfaction and Company objectives
  • To identify and initiate improvements to service, quality and operational efficiency
  • To provide guidance, advice and direction to resolve major issue and satisfy customer requirements
  • To develop services and pursue opportunities to grow the business
  • Advise management of all changes within the corporate contract affecting the scope of housekeeping requirements
  • Direct and control all Health and Safety related matters, carry out risk assessments and investigate all incidents and accidents occurring within the region
  • Monitor and control budgets to achieve planned business performance
  • Oversee and actively partake in the selection and recruitment of staff
  • Ensure that standards are consistently achieved, maintained and reported through regular audit walk rounds with customer
  • Ensure that all payroll, invoicing and ordering are consistently carried out and maintained
