Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for an Regional Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, an award-winning national cleaning and security provider. As Regional Manager, you will be delivering high levels of service within cleaning and security contracts within the South West/South Wales region, in order to maintain service excellence at all times. The ideal Regional Manager will previous operations/multi-site management experience and experience within the cleaning and security sectors.
Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of all services to provide high levels of performance that meet contractual obligations to partners
Assist the business development by generating leads and opportunities
Evaluate working practices to drive improvements, working in partnership with all members of the Operational Senior Team
Build upon a network of close partnerships with partners developing strong account management and encouraging multi-level relationships between management and customer teams, ensuring compliance of service activities throughout
Manage SLA’s and KPI’s for your portfolio
Be responsible for the mobilisation of new contracts upon award and ensure a smooth transitional handover
Ensure uniforms, materials and consumables are sufficient at all times
Conduct all audits as required by the company
Deliver presentations for new business and renegotiations when requested
Carry out on site inductions with new managers coming into the business within their first week
Control and review all budgets relating to operation delivery to ensure there is no over spending
Assist in the recruitment of high calibre candidates to ensure the organisation can plan for the future positions (succession planning)
Visit partners as per your contractual agreements and support your teams to ensure that operational delivery is being maintained to the highest standard. This includes cover of holiday and sickness for colleagues
Ensure all machinery breakdowns and maintenance are managed effectively
Ensure the UK Operations Director is kept updated immediately if there are any major issues within your portfolio
Search for innovations to ensure the company is providing the best possible service to partners
Requirements:
Previous Operations/Multi - Site Contract Management is essential for this role
Previous experience within cleaning AND security sector as contracts are dual service
Fully flexible and able to travel meet business requirements
The ability to analyse issues and solve problems
Ability to build relationships at all level with internal and external customers Knowledge of COSHH/Health and Safety legislation and compliance would be desirable
High expectation of customer service delivery
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Excel etc.
Ability to work under pressure to meet and exceed business deadlines
Current UK Driving license
