Role Description:
A Client who is rapidly growing across the UK, requires an individual to join their team. With a combined role of business development and operational management, this role requires someone with operational expertise which combines with their ability to win new business. You will be responsible for heading up the growth and success across the Midlands for this SME. 
 

General duties:

• Understanding of operational standards in the cleaning industry which includes experience of mobilisation processes
• Proven track record of being able to identify opportunities for business wins and nurturing the opportunity through to contract award
• Ability to work autonomously
• Able to work with the wider team and meet expectations for patch development
• Meeting client expectations and representing the business in a professional manner
