Role Description:
Our Client is a well-established Company within the Cleaning and Support Services sector, delivering services to businesses in the South of England. With 20 years of experience, they constantly strive to provide the best service and practices and are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their growing Team. As Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading, managing, supporting and advising a Team on their roles and operations within the Company. The ideal Operations Manager will have had experience in a similar environment, while managing a Team of people.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain key working relationships with key Client stakeholders
  • Review performance standards regularly, to ensure Client and Customer expectations are being met and exceeded
  • Be a source of support with regards to SLAs and KPIs
  • Make sure audits are completed and include actions where necessary
  • Support the Operations Director in terms of compliance
  • Provide regular reports to Operations Director and Clients as and when needed
  • Action any changes required in line with Company legislation and procedure
  • Ensure Contract retention targets are met on a regular basis
  • Identify opportunities or business growth
  • Lead, support and develop the Operational Team ensuring all targets are met
  • Ensure all legislative and Company requirements and policies are met
  • Ensure the highest standard of quality control and Customer care
  • Achieve retention targets and internal growth targets year on year
  • Be fully aware of all Health and Safety issues and ensure legislation is adhered to at all times

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Have experience in a similar field and experience of managing a Team
  • Experienced in delivering business strategies
  • Be able to demonstrate awareness of business-wide issues and be able to address and correct them
  • Continuously drive improved performance, increase works with current Customers and add value to Contracts
  • Must be self-motivated, while having the ability to motivate and encourage those around you to work to the best of their ability
  • Have excellent communication skills, ensuring you are able to communicate effectively and concisely to all members of Staff accordingly
  • Monitor Staff performance and action where necessary to address issues as and when needed
  • Understand Company vision and know how to achieve goals and aims
