Role: Operations Manager - Cleaning Services
Salary: c£38k plus travel 
Job Status: Full Time / Permanent 
Location: Based in Lancashire - Sites are mostly in the North of England with some sites in London

Job Profile:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Operations Manager to implement professional standards into this new contract. There will be approximately 10 sites within this particular account and with the bulk of the business being in the North, it is preferred for you to live in the Lancashire area. 

Key Requirements:

• Strong commercial acumen 
• Experience of managing projects and some knowledge of mobilisation processes
• Knowledge of health and safety, employment, legislation etc
• Ability to mentor a Team to meet set KPI's and SLA's 
• Experience of carrying out regular audits 
• Build strong rapport with all stakeholders
