We are currently networking for a Privately Owned Contract Cleaning service provider with an impressive and growing portfolio of clients across London. As part of their senior Team, you will ensure a high standard of cleaning and client satisfaction throughout the portfolio. Manage budgets and seek ways to improve the service and customer perceptions. Ensuring the Health, Safety and Welfare of the staff.

Key Requirements: 

  • Highly experienced multi-site cleaning Operations Manager
  • 3-5 years industry experience
  • Multi-lingual
  • IOSH certificated
  • Highly Articulate
  • IT literate
  • A bright, lively personality - self-confident, enthusiastic, calm under pressure and capable of using own initiative and judgement
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service in your own personal activities and in all dealings with internal and external customers
  • High professional standard
  • Prepared to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role
