Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for an Onsite Engineer to join the team of one of our most prestigious clients in London. This exciting opportunity will see the Onsite Engineer liaise with the support team in troubleshooting and resolving issues allowing work to continue with as little disruption as possible. The ideal Onsite Engineer will have experience in a similar role, and would preferably be recently qualified.
 

Responsibilities:

• Work at a client site as an onsite support engineer in liaison with the support team
• Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of basic to intermediate issues
• Support and troubleshoot networks 
• Manage and support the environment including group policies and profiles
• Support and troubleshoot areas where necessary
• Assist in implementing best practices for security and infrastructure
• Create, follow up and close incident support tickets
• Create and modify knowledge documents related to performed work
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Requirements:

• Recently qualified is desirable
