Role: Office Manager 
Salary: £30k plus 25 days Holiday, Pension, Private Healthcare

Role Description:

  • Office Management with two direct reports of Helpdesk and Administration staff
  • Create reports to be used in quarterly audits and manage bespoke software programmes
  • Liaise with the HR department with regards to Right to Work reports and auditing
  • Manage and keep on top of ISO, GDPR and security systems
  • Ensure communication with IT providers in the event of any technical issues in order for them to be resolved
  • Order materials for contracts
  • Take minutes in Board Meetings
  • Organise Company events and support
  • Ensure office maintenance is kept on top of, along with the condition of all Company sites, and communicate with Clients, Contractors and third party Suppliers where necessary
  • Maintain and update Company site documentation
  • Be responsible for Front of House duties including but not limited to visitor access, answering calls and post distribution

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Have previous experience in Office Management or similar environment
  • Must have strong written and spoken communication skills along with the ability to build lasting working relationships
  • Must have the ability to build a strong rapport with individuals at all levels, being approachable but professional in all aspects
  • Be able to multi-task and prioritise tasks while working well under pressure
  • Proficient in all Microsoft programmes
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to show initiative.
