Role Description:
- Office Management with two direct reports of Helpdesk and Administration staff
- Create reports to be used in quarterly audits and manage bespoke software programmes
- Liaise with the HR department with regards to Right to Work reports and auditing
- Manage and keep on top of ISO, GDPR and security systems
- Ensure communication with IT providers in the event of any technical issues in order for them to be resolved
- Order materials for contracts
- Take minutes in Board Meetings
- Organise Company events and support
- Ensure office maintenance is kept on top of, along with the condition of all Company sites, and communicate with Clients, Contractors and third party Suppliers where necessary
- Maintain and update Company site documentation
- Be responsible for Front of House duties including but not limited to visitor access, answering calls and post distribution
Skills and Experience Required:
- Have previous experience in Office Management or similar environment
- Must have strong written and spoken communication skills along with the ability to build lasting working relationships
- Must have the ability to build a strong rapport with individuals at all levels, being approachable but professional in all aspects
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise tasks while working well under pressure
- Proficient in all Microsoft programmes
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to show initiative.
