Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for an Office Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, a well-managed and client-focused company operating in the FM industry, whose workforce consistently deliver the highest standards of cleaning and customer service. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for helping to manage processes in an orderly fashion, as well as keeping up-to-date with ISO, GDPR and compliance. You will be required to assist members of staff in administrative duties, such as organising meetings and booking events. The ideal Office Manager will have experience in a similar role or environment, and must have strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Create reports to be used in quarterly audits and manage bespoke software programmes

  • Manage and keep on top of ISO, GDPR and compliance

  • Ensure communication with IT providers in the event of any technical issues in order for them to be resolved

  • Order materials for contracts

  • Take minutes in meetings

  • Organise Company events and support

  • Ensure office maintenance is kept on top of, along with the condition of all Company sites

  • Maintain and update Company site documentation

  • Be responsible for visitor access, answering calls and post distribution

Requirements:

  • Have previous experience in Office Management or similar environment

  • Must have strong written and spoken communication skills along with the ability to build lasting working relationships

  • Must have the ability to build a strong rapport with individuals at all levels

  • Be able to multi-task and prioritise tasks while working well under pressure

  • Proficient in all Microsoft programmes

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to show initiative
