Our client is recruiting for a Night Cleaning Manager for one of their contracts in Kings Cross. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Supervisors and Operatives delivering an exceptional cleaning service across a large public realm estate and commercial buildings in London.

Role Description:

• Developing and maintaining a positive working relationship with the management team to ensure expectations are managed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key members of staff
• To monitor the performance of key personnel
• Prepare accurate, timely reports to ensure compliance with agreed deadlines
• Attend weekly meetings with the management team in planning and implementing key works
• Manage the Health and Safety, including COSHH in line with relevant policies, legislation and method statements
• Managing services partners and their delivery
• To support with various functions of Contract Management
• Ensure all necessary procedures are adhered to
• Complete administrative tasks as required
• Liaise with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• At least 3 years; experience in managing cleaning contracts
• BICSc qualification
• Health and Safety training
• IT Literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible
• Team orientated
