Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for a National Business Development Manager to join the Team of one of our clients, an innovator and nationwide service provider of hygiene products. Sustainability and the desire to create a greener place for everyone, is at the heart of everything they set out to achieve. As National Business Development Manager you will be responsible for building the pipeline and managing deal flows, liaising with multiple stakeholders at senior levels. The ideal National Business Development Manager will have a track record of channel sales management and must have strong solution sales skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to grow the portfolio particularly with large corporates, hospitality, health, education and government

  • Build the pipeline and manage the deal flows

  • Solution selling with multiple stakeholders at senior levels within the new clients and through the partners in order to complete deals

Requirements:

  • Know how to engage with the prospect at a personal level

  • Do everything it takes to understand customers business and organisational structure

  • Passionate about building long term relationships with our partners

  • Love the products and have competitor awareness

  • Strong preparation, observational skills

  • Strong networking skills comfortable in a room of people you don’t know

  • Self motivated and build a strong pipeline

  • Strong sales intuition with starter finisher mentality

  • Strong commercial negotiation skills

  • Good at numbers, margin, P&L

  • Strong solution sales skills on deals over £250k

  • Track record of channel sales management

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to use and interpret data

  • Ability to travel UK wide and internationally when required
