Job Overview:

Our Client is a Family Owned organisation providing machines and consumables to the cleaning industry, both in the UK and nationwide. They are innovative in their approach and have longstanding 

To deliver growth in new business and from existing customers up to a major accounts level, supporting the Head of Sales in the delivery of agreed objectives in line with the Hygiene Sales strategy. Leading a team of regionally based Hygiene Consultants this role is responsible for taking the Sales Strategy forward into execution and driving an agenda of sales transformation, standardisation and continuous improvement in partnership with the Head of Sales and Business Development Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic relationship management
  • Achieve the agreed sales turnover and gross margin budget across existing and new accounts
  • To develop profitable business from those requiring cleaning machinery
  • To communicate effectively with other departments in the business to ensure that any changes in the products and procedures of the key accounts can be managed positively with the minimal cost impact
  • To keep informed of product and market trends
  • Network effectively to further develop the existing accounts
  • Install confidence in the product range by introducing the wider team to your clients i.e. training support managers
  • Focus on communication with your clients
  • Promote an energetic and positive working relationship

  • Ability to bring positive energy and focus to peers and members of the team inspiring a high performance and commercial culture
  • Play a key part in continually driving improvements to generate revenue and give the customer the best possible experience
