Role Description: 
 
Our client is a specialist in Facilities Management and Hygiene services, our Client services a large number of sites across the South of England and employ over 3000 staff. Their Client relationships are strong and the loyalty and commitment they have from their team make them stand out as an SME and assist in the formation of a strong and profitable business. They are looking for a Head of Mobilisation to help in both the mobilisation and de-mobilisation of contracts well also implementing new innovative operational standards delivery into new and existing business.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of cleaning and operations and an on-going insight in to changing consumer trends and preferences. 
  • Implement and ensure consistency of all new and existing operational standards throughout the business, ensuring service excellence. 
  • Manage all new business mobilisations and exiting demobilisations through operations and support departments. 
  • Working with the Service Director and Talent and Development Manager, to ensure effective Training and Development plans are in place for the delivery of all operational standards. 
  • Liaise with all support services, supporting the implementation of company policies and procedures. 
  • Working with the Human resources department to make sure that all TUPE regulations are met. 
  • Identify areas of concern within new business mobilisations, establishing the likelihood of risk and resolutions. 
  • Problem-solving and providing support to non-performing sites. 
  • Ensure consistent implementation of new and existing business solutions. Working with the relevant departments to ensure operational success. 
  • You will provide effective and inspirational leadership and direction, as well as coaching, developing, supporting and guiding the service team in a range of managerial tasks, duties and skills relevant to their position. 
  • Fully utilise the information and technology available to help and support employees to undertake their duties and responsibilities. 
  • Attend Trading and Sales meetings to feedback and update on new operation standards delivery, mobilisation planning and innovation. 
  • Liaise with all support services, supporting the implementation of company policies and procedures.
