Our client is a world leading facilities management company with a global presence. Although the role has an electrical bias, candidates with a mechanical background will also be considered if they have exposure to electrical engineering. Along with performing various electrical maintenance jobs, the desired candidate will be hands-on enough to take on any task.. There is also the opportunity to earn overtime and some call outs required. This role will cover St Albans to Cambridge

Role Description:

• Ensure basic commercial electrical maintenance on emergency lighting, electrical systems, fuse boards, electrical panels
• Attending to first line response on electrical systems
• Performing PPM’s on AHU’s and FCU’
• Small works - new sockets, new lights, new circuits etc
• Carry out tests and complete records to ensure that statuary and mandatory compliance is maintained
• Delivering excellent customer service
• You will need to also possess either 17th/18th edition and be Level 3 in Electrical Installation. A good basic mechanical knowledge would also be desirable.
