Job Overview: 
Our Client is a leading player within the Cleaning Industry, covering the whole of the UK. Daily cleaning services is their core business. They are seeking a candidate to join their Marketing and Sales Team in London. The successful Marketing and Sales applicant for this position will play a key role within their existing team in assisting with the company's future growth. Applicants will have strong communication skills, verbally and on the phone and come from a Marketing and Sales back ground. 
You will assist the existing sales team on Inbound queries, such as Deep Cleans/Builders Cleans/Emergency Cleans/One off Cleans 
Marketing and Sales support Job Duties:
  • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  • Excellent skills on Microsoft word
  • View and improve existing Campaigns 
  • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for services being offered
  • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
  • Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
  • Track sales data and work to meet quotas and sales team goals
  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
  • Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed
The Right Candidate: 
  • Proven track record of proactively generating new business and converting business in a target driven environment
  • Commercially aware; Budgets, P&L's, Reporting 
  • Demonstrate ability to inspire and motivate 
  • Able to cope with a fast-paced environment and balance and prioritise multiple tasks 
  • Strong creative instincts and judgement 
  • Highly motivated and result-oriented 
  • Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
