Role: Maintenance Engineer

Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team of an extremely prestigious client in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer who will be expected to supervise maintenance, inspect and troubleshoot problems and lead and train fellow workers. The ideal Maintenance Engineer will have the relevant qualifications and will have had experience in a similar role.
 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the maintenance of all equipment, including HVAC systems
• Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule
• Perform and supervise maintenance related repairs
• Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained
• Review daily work orders and provide reports
• Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection
• Lead, train and supervise maintenance workers
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with the ability to work until 6.30pm on Tuesdays, overtime is also available

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role or environment
• Ability to lift up heavy objects
• Ability to follow directions and procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work well in a team environment
