Our Client requires a Key Accounts Manager for the South East (Hampshire, Sussex, Isle of White, and Kent). The ideal individual would have experience in the ground maintenance/landscaping industry who will be able to effectively manage and increase the relationship with one of their most important clients.  
Key criteria: 
•  Ensure successful mobilisation. 
•  Ensure service provision in accordance with specification and budgets to Key Accounts Sites and other sites, as appointed by Branch Manager. 
•  Ensure planning, coordination and control of recruitment in accordance with company’s policies and needs. 
•  Ensure vetting of recruited personnel. 
•  Ensure induction, functional and, if appropriate, refresher training of personnel is carried out in accordance with the planned. 
•  Ensure Quality and other Audits are carried out in accordance with the planned. 
•  Ensure necessary corrective and preventive actions are carried out in accordance with the planned. 
•  Ensure effective communication with clients and clients representatives (formal regular meetings, etc.) and feed this information back to Branch Manager. 
•  Assist Helpdesk in complaint management. 
•  Ensure that disciplinary issues are managed in accordance with company’s policies and procedures. 
•  Ensure wages management according to the defined deadlines. 
•  Control effective use of consumables. 
•  Manage contracts at risk. 
•  Ensure availability of objective information on root cause in case of lost contract. 
•  Search for new sales opportunities and ensure the increase of revenue of existing contracts. 
•  Assist with completion of commercial documents; PQQ, ITT, tender returns. 
•  Ensure compliance with applicable H&S requirements. 
•  Ensure safety on sites which are under the control of role holder and his staff. 
•  Ensure compliance of his team with company policies, procedures and other deadlines. 
•  Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as required, commensurate with the
