Role: Key Account Manager 
Salary: Up to £45k plus benefits
Job Status: Permanent / Full Time 
Location: Midlands and North of England 

Essential Experience: Key Account Management within a Facilities Management Environment

Role Description: 

Responsibility for the strategic management and development of 3 contract cleaning accounts that fall within the key account division
Overseeing the service delivery to ensure the Operations Team work together to meet KPI's and SLA's 
Maximising contract profitability and minimising contract losses through the delivery of a consistently high standard of customer service which meets the contract specification
Be a regular point of contact for the Key Account Clients
Ensuring staff retention, motivation and development of team members
Creation of reports (financial and performance related) and delivering those findings in the form of a presentation to your Clients
You will be proactive in motivating the Team to deliver high standards
You will also be someone with the ability and experience to recognise the potential for contract growth across the portfolio opportunities
You will work closely with your Clients, Sales and Operational Teams in order to produce profitable costings for new business within the portfolio
Participating and representing the company at client monthly management meetings

Experience of report writing, budget controls and profit and loss accounts
