Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and build a corporate portfolio in Central London. The Key Account Director will build revenue and develop service through maintaining & growing existing relationships. This will require excellent relationship building presenting our clients brand as a symbol of reliability and quality.

The Key Account Director is responsible for all aspects of manned guarding, service delivery, negotiation and account development, the successful candidate will be expected to act in the best interest of the Company, their clients and colleagues at all times.

Role Description:

·    Lead and define the key account development strategy for your account portfolio using market insight and analysis whilst leveraging existing relationships

·    Be accountable for your account portfolio performance

·    Provide insightful monthly reports for review meetings with key stakeholders

·    Role model first class client relationship and account development practices, leading by example

·    Identify opportunities to maintain and grow revenue and market share in your account portfolio

·    Lead, manage, coach and develop your team

·    Ensure your mangers have the correct resources to know that their sites are manned within contractual requirements and supporting with the arrangement of ad hoc cover

·    Produce via your team meaningful management data

·    Assist the Site Management in devising and managing security and related policies for the client as required

·    Harness all the technology and support within the wider business to the full benefit

·    Manage the client and employee engagement proposition. Be responsible for internal stakeholder management

·    Have oversight and ensure that all SLA are managed correctly and with the correct level of resource assigned to it

·    Ensure your teams act and conduct themselves in a compliant way; Assignment Instructions, Licences, Security best practice, staff resourcing and correct trained resource being allocated

·    Be responsible for the creation and implementation of annual objectives for relevant line reports

·    Responsibility for managing and growing corporate direct relationships

·    Support overall Sales Team strategic plans for this segment

·    Prepare comprehensive account development plans

The Person:

·    Demonstrable experience within the security industry in senior client facing roles

·    Experience of gaining an understanding of a client’s strategic security roadmap and with appropriate support creating a plan for revenue growth by delivering applicable security programmes to the client

·    Track record of driving revenue and service delivery through direct customer relationships, Client Partner channels and working with vendors

·    Impeccable presentation skills, resilient, ambitious and competitive
