Role Description:
Our Client is a global player in the FM industry and they are recruiting an experience HR Advior to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries, delivering consistently high-quality customer service, building, and maintaining relationships with key colleagues and deliver effective administration.
 
Areas of Experience:
  • Must have practical experience in working in a fast paced environment, with demanding deadlines, high workload and has had previous experience in all the Key Duties areas
  • A strong team player who can work well independently and use their own initiative
  • Must have the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to deadlines as well as adapt to changing needs and priorities
  • Demonstratable level of basic employment law, TUPE, redundancy, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion, equal opportunities, GDPR and the need for confidentiality
  • Must be personable and approachable, with strong relationship building skills.
Key Duties: 
  • To provide practical HR advice to Colleagues, Supervisors and Area General Managers and ensuring advice is legally compliant and pragmatic
  • Act as notetaker in employee relations meetings where requested and support Managers through the process
  • Administration of HR letters, such as written warnings, dismissals, invite to investigation
  • Supporting TUPE in and TUPE out
  • Support with Redundancy process
  • Support administration of Personal Development Reviews
  • Responsible for tracking and monitoring Long-Term Sick absence, providing Line Managers with process guidance and documents, until capability has been triggered
  • Liaising with OH 
  • Manage all Family Leave processes
  • Delivery of own KPI’s.
