Role Description 
 
You will be joining a long-established business who will be experiencing growth and change. As the business is evolving there is a greater need for detailed, strategic support within the business to produce management accounts and manage the day to day running of the department. You will be integral to the creation of these alongside much of the day to day running of a busy and unique accounts department.
You will need to have had previous finance experience ideally within a SME. SAGE 50 experience would be beneficial.

As Financial Manager/Administrator, you will ensure that customers records are added and maintained accurately. This will incorporate the adding, checking, and adjusting of customer data either manually or by processing corporate actions. Ensuring that these records are maintained well and in a manner that will ensure the efficient reporting tax and performance measurement. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • The day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
  • Management of customer records 
  • Filing documentation to evidence any request to add, remove or adjust customer records
  • Liaison with managers to clarify information relating to customer records adjustments
  • Verification and adjustment on a day-to-day 
  • Communicating with data providers to ensure accuracy of data feeds
  • Arranging valuations on behalf of managers
  • Financial calculations
  • Maintenance of customers performance records
  • Ensuring relevant training sessions are attended to develop knowledge and skills

  • Qualification within Business and or Finance
