Role Description:
Our client, a well established company providing matting services to multiple industries, is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company website, targeting B2B and B2C customers. The ideal Digital Marketing Manager will have at least four years' marketing experience and a track record in e-commerce success.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage company website, targeting B2B and B2C audiences
  • Target, attract and retain customers through the use of your existing skills
  • Work independently and liaise with the Marketing Coordinator to generate leads and grow sales
  • Liaise with and manage external agencies for SEO, PPC and Web Development
  • Produce content for website, blogs and social media
  • Use social media for business, such as Twitter and LinkedIn
  • CRM system management
  • Manage email marketing campaigns
  • Be sure to research competitor activity identifying potential threats and opportunities
  • Measure and deliver against KPIs

Requirements:

  • Have the ability to demonstrate growth through skills including SEO, PPC, email and social media
  • Able to produce thought provoking content
  • Must have the imagination to come up with new ways of reaching goals
  • Experienced in segmenting data to maintain and improve existing customer relationships
  • A degree with a marketing or e-commerce focus
  • At least four year’s relevant experience and a proven track record of success
  • Experience in the development and implementation of a marketing strategy
  • Success through using business social media
  • Experience in utilising a CRM system
  • A keen eye for detail, taking pride in striving for the highest standard of work
  • Proactive and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
