Role Description:
Our client, a highly respected company within the cleaning industry is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for 100 cleaners across nine sites in the education sector, based in Central London. The ideal Contracts Manager would have experience in cleaning and a similar working environment.
 

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the expected cleaning standards of the client are achieved and maintained
• Arrange and attend regular site visits
• Ensure staffing levels are up to the right levels, through efficient recruitment and training
• Work closely with the internal and external Health and Safety compliance teams to ensure full compliance with all statutory and company regulations
• Ensure that all payroll information is collated accurately
• Ensure all KPI’s are completed by given deadlines
• Initiate monthly meetings with your team members, including casual 1-2-1's, monitoring their performance
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure all quality audit forms are submitted correctly
• Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures at all times
• Conduct necessary Health and Safety training, ensuring all staff are aware of their responsibilities
• Provide managerial support and incident management response for mainline incidents

Skills and Experience Required:
• Experience in managing a multi-site cleaning contract
• Experience of cleaning and working in a similar environment would be beneficial
• Able to provide exceptional customer service
• Compliance with safety requirements for operatives
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification would be a bonus
• Able to plan and prioritise workload to ensure objectives are achieved in a timely manner
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience of working in a pressured environment
• Full and clean driving licence
• Strong planning and management
