Role: Contracts Manager - Transport Cleaning
Salary: Approx. £35k plus a vehicle
Job Status: Full Time - Monday to Friday (must be flexible to work weekends if required)

Our Client has a culture of achievement and growth which has enabled them to become a leader in their field of Facilities Management Services. They operate across the UK and deliver services to the Public and Private sectors. With over 3000 staff, they have a strong focus on service delivery and meeting their Clients expectations.
Due to a contract award, they are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to oversee approx. 60 Cleaners with the support of a Senior Supervisor, delivering an efficient and professional cleaning service to a portfolio of offices and transport based sites. This is a 24/7 operation and your role will be to successfully motivate your Team to perform in line with SLA's and KPI's. You must provide regular reports to the Clients and work to enhance the service that is already in place.
Our Client is looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, who is visible across all the sites with a strong attention to detail. You will be accountable for not only your direct Team but also 3 other service suppliers for the contract so your communication, delegation and organisational skills must of a high standard.
You must have experience in the cleaning industry but not necessarily within a Rail environment. Immediate Interviews.
