Job Overview: 

Due to continued business growth, our client is looking to recruit a Contract Cleaning Manager, in the East London area. This opportunity is to manage one of London’s most iconic sites on an important and prestigious location. As a Contract Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning operations, overseeing the location’s Cleaning Division whilst leading and motivating your team. You will manage and maintain the client relationship by delivering 5 star customer service and standards, and by adding value to all interactions with your peers, stakeholders and subcontractors. Ensuring service delivery goes beyond expectations by utilising the resources available to you.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet and where possible, exceed client expectations whilst operating within agreed budgets
  • Monitor client satisfaction and service delivery on a monthly basis, through client meetings, monthly call log/complaints reports
  • Ensure Health and Safety of all employees, client and public
  • Ensure activities are undertaken in line with quality management, Health and Safety, legal requirements, environmental policies and duty of care
  • Uphold, safeguard and promote the Company’s values and philosophy relating to ethics, integrity and corporate social responsibility

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing corporate cleaning accounts in London
  • Knowledge of the contract cleaning industry
  • Understanding of Working Time Directive, Employment Legislation 
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety awareness/training
  • Knowledge of ISO procedures
  • IT literate, and understanding of systems/technology in the industry
