Role Description:
Our Client, a highly reputable organisation within the Cleaning and Facilities sector, is a Company that offers an innovative training platform which has transformed the way Companies train and develop their Staff. Operating for many years, some of its existing members have more than 10 years’ experience in the Cleaning and Facilities industry. Now, they are looking for a suitable Content Manager to join their Team. The successful Content Manager will report to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for a number of tasks, please see below. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Encourage and manage content with the Company, Clients, manufacturers and third parties
  • Drive Company features while assisting and advising Client content
  • Create a Team in order to grow the Content Catalogue area of the business
  • Engage with and manage content for new Clients, as part of their mobilisation process, as well as existing Clients. Be sure to look at their needs and requirements in order to fully understand what training methods will be suitable
  • Prioritise and assist with training development
  • Develop and build Client relationships, ensuring Clients feel they are being treated as an individual
  • Liaise with manufacturers with regards to wet products, machinery and tools, encouraging them to share training for products via the Company and to promote their products through training
  • Work with the relevant people to creating and improving content and making content device compatible
  • Responsible for sourcing the best manufacturers to promote the Company and encouraging them to share their training
  • Liaise with third parties to create and share expert subject matter training via the Company and build relationships to improve the experience
  • Responsible for all content that is hosted by the Company’s streaming platform and be involved in helping Clients create their own accounts
  • Set up courses and manage all content
  • Ensure content is correct and ready to use
  • Improve procedures and practices where necessary to offer the best possible experience
  • Assist in tool and feature development and design.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Self-motivation and home working is a must, due to no central offices
  • Must have the desire to progress and be creative in all aspects of their work
  • Contract sales, L&D, training and cleaning industry experience would be good, but can also be learnt as you go - full training will be provided
  • To be able to regularly meet in London
  • Home-based Team meetings will be required on screen and in and around London and Home Counties where necessary.
