Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment are excited to announce we are networking for a Commercial Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a leading smart technology facilities service provider working within the commercial cleaning industry. Primarily based in Essex, this role does have a remote and flexible working option, but you will also travel to client locations as and when required. As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing the annual financial increases in client contracts as well as the development and maintenance of costing models, price adjustments and comprehensive cost analysis. This role will require the Commercial Manager to liaise regularly with the Sales Team, ensuring financial increases are aligned while maintaining profitability through meticulous analysis and negotiation. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field
Strong understanding of contractual terms and financial principles
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Minimum of three years of experience in contract management or a similar role
Proven track record of successfully managing financial aspects of client contracts
