Role Description:
Our client, a highly reputable award-winning company within the cleaning industry is looking to appoint a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. This is a demanding office-based and operational management role requiring the individual to manage their time effectively. As Client Relationship Manager, you will be highly organised, developing and updating the company’s CRM system in order to keep all information centralised. As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing contracts to meet key business objectives, adhere to timescales, build an effective professional working partnership with Clients, comply with specifications, and maintain a reputation to exceed in the delivery of excellent customer services to ensure contract retention. You will be ambitious, with the desire to progress your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the company’s CRM system
  • Build, nurture and develop key client relations
  • Trend analysis
  • Support the operations department and operations directors
  • Ensure company procedures are followed at all times
  • Develop, update and manage the CRM system to ensure all information is current
  • Develop and manage automatic systems and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors with regards to operational projects and reports
  • Client monthly, quarterly and required reporting
  • Report creation and standardisation
  • Procedure and process design and implementation
  • Maintain CER schedules and outcome management
  • Integrate existing systems
  • Streamline administration
  • Maintain master data contract list
  • Create and support Recruitment Manager in setting up standards manuals
