Our Client is a new company that has expanded year on year since their beginning. They provide contract cleaning services to a range of sectors and are expanding their business and profile to develop the considerable success achieved to date. You will need to be a highly driven and experiences sales person with a strong knowledge of the contract cleaning industry

Role requirements:

  • Experienced in selling Contract Cleaning Services or related services
  • Development of new business in the London / M25 area to end-user organisations in all business sectors
  • Identifying opportunities in the territory, taking the opportunity from initial contact to negotiating and closing the sale
  • Ensuring that contact is made at a senior level with key decision makers
  • Building a sales pipeline of new business opportunities that will ensure that the sales target will be met
  • Identifying opportunities within the existing customer base to maximise sales revenue
  • A capable Business Development Professional with the will to win, who is tenacious especially when dealing with medium to long sales cycles
  • Commercially astute with experience in bidding and winning business
  • Able to demonstrate a proven track record in services and/or solution sales
  • Able to display excellent Communication Skills - you will be confident and able to communicate and present solutions at all levels from owner-operated businesses to Board Level with the ability to negotiate and close sales
  • Computer literate, organised, able to prioritise and deliver results A team player, with excellent presentation skills
  • A self-starter, able to self-motivated and work independently
  • Able to work with internal staff, who will support your sales initiatives
