Role Description:
As Business Development Manager, you will be expected to come from a similar background, selling soft FM services to a variety of clients. You will be working across all aspects of the business, in order to better understand business growth and how it is achieved. The role of Business Development Manager will be required to be in contact with clients both new and existing while always being aware of company competitors and changes happening in the industry. As Business Development Manager, you will have excellent communication, presentation and written skills in order to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients alike.


Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Sales Director to ensure a smooth process from start to finish
  • Be sure to get involved with networking opportunities, encouraging business growth and a higher following. Always represent the brand in any interactions with clients
  • Keep on top of industry news and updates
  • Maintain sales leads records and customer accounts in the CRM system
  • Develop strong client relationships across all business sectors

A successful candidate will:

  • Have experience in selling soft FM services to a wide range of clients
  • Have excellent communication, presentation, verbal and written skills
  • Be able to demonstrate previous successes and experience in a similar environment within the industry
  • Have the ability to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and work well within teams
  • Be confident, resilient, personable and easy to approach
