Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. The company itself has over 30 years’ experience in delivering cleaning services and tailor each service to meet their client's needs. The company has grown rapidly and now operate across the South of the UK from East Anglia to the South West. The company operates through specialist divisions within the educational, leisure, commercial and corporate office sectors.

Responsibilities

  • To identify new opportunities for new business
  • To produce bids for new business
  • To ensure new business through the use of effective sales and negotiation
  • To identify new opportunities with existing Clients
  • To achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Clients and Employees
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • Continuously find new ways to improve the service
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation, personal integrity and customer support
  • To propose new ideas to the Sales Director which will improve the services delivered
  • To help develop the Business Development personal and company in general

Essential Skills / Ability

  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets, in the cleaning industry
  • A passion and aptitude for consultative selling
