This is a sales environment and the role of Business Administrator/Office Manager requires an individual with a can do attitude, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Our Team rely heavily on this person/role and we need someone who is prepared to give 100% to the success of this support. This role will evolve as the business grows and will ultimately lead to the successful candidate managing a team and having autonomy over this department, so it is a necessity you understand and embrace our ISO/QMS principles along with our systems and processes, in some instances championing these processes across the business. We are looking for an individual that can adapt to fluctuating workloads remaining proactive in supporting the wider business needs.
