Role: Building Safety Manager - Client Side
Salary: £50,370.00 - £56,889.00

Role Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Safety Manager to take the lead in developing and delivering a robust health and safety strategy across a large, multi-site organisation. This is a pivotal position where you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, promoting a positive safety culture, and supporting major construction and property projects from design through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on health and safety compliance across all building and construction activities.
Provide expert guidance on the application of CDM Regulations 2015.
Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and regular safety audits.
Deliver engaging safety training and promote best practice at all levels.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to maintain high safety standards.
Support project delivery with a strong focus on safety, quality, and timelines.
Essential Criteria:
Degree or HNC/HND in a relevant discipline.
NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent qualification).
Chartered membership of IOSH (or working towards).
In-depth understanding of current health and safety legislation.
Demonstrable experience in construction or civil engineering safety.
Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Kent as required.
Desirable Criteria:
Proven experience managing multiple projects to strict deadlines.
Strong stakeholder engagement and networking skills.
Background in working within small, collaborative teams.
