Our Client, a well-established and successful cleaning and hygiene company, is looking to identify an Area Cleaning Manager to be based in the Brighton and Hove area. Providing cleaning services for 25 years, our Client has been successful year on year and requires an experienced and well-suited Area Cleaning Manager to join their highly-trained and innovative team. Within this establishment, an Area Cleaning Manager must have strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to communicate with clients and cater to their needs.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage, enhance and lead a team of Supervisors and Operatives to ensure they complete their tasks to the best of their ability
• Liaise with the Regional Director and Commercial Team to ensure Operatives are equipped with up-to-date cleaning tools
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to, including the quality of standards, Health and Safety requirements and environmental issues among others
• Build strong relationships with clients to maintain customer satisfaction and contract retention
• Make sure all sites are adequately staffed through planning and organisation
