Role Description: 

Our Client is an SME and deliver a professional cleaning services to Clients across the London and South East Region. You will be responsible for overseeing the London portfolio and must have proven managerial experience in the cleaning Industry. 

Duties:

  • Good understanding of the SLA's and KPIs associated with your portfolio 
  • Conduct all company activities in a professional manner with open and honest communication
  • Ensure the portfolio allocated to you is maintained in line with all company and legal requirements
  • Ensure all company commitments are delivered in the timelines outlined
  • Ensure your clients needs are met and communication remains fluent and clear 
  • Upselling across portfolio 

Person Specificatiion: 

  • Professional communicator who understands the importance of being honest and timely
  • Experience in area management 
  • Full and clean driving license
  • Proficient in the use of IT and Microsoft systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Able to display a range of cleaning skills including carpet cleaning, deep cleaning and other disciplines
  • Reactive and responsive to issues or potential issues as they arise
  • Strong people management skills with a large pool of cleaning operatives that they can pull on to staff their contract commitments
  • Able to follow instructions along with company policies and deliver on timelines stated
  • Strong time management skills, capable of managing multiple sites in a range of sectors along with company commitments
